Welcome to beautiful Dream House Acres, one of the best areas in the Denver metro! Our newly updated mid-century home is located on a quiet street close to all the amenities including the Streets at Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Inverness Business Park, Park Meadows Mall, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater, DeKoevend Park and the High Line Canal Trail, and University of Denver. With a breathtaking mountain view and an open-floor plan, this spacious home is fully stocked to meet your needs.
With 2,885 sq. ft. of space, there is plenty of room for the whole family and friends too! There are three bedrooms on the main floor (2 queens and a twin with a pull-out twin trundle) the main full bathroom, a half bathroom off the master bedroom, and a dining area and large living room with a wood-burning fireplace off the kitchen. The basement includes a large family room with a wood-burning fireplace, a full bathroom, a bedroom, an office area, and laundry. There are a total of five TVs located in the upstairs and downstairs living areas, the master bedroom, twin bedroom, and basement bedroom. The large backyard and sun room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ while watching the sun set over the mountains.
Entire home, including the double-car garage, is available for our guests.

Our home is located on a quiet street in the desirable Dream House acres community. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and even a 24-Hour Fitness and Whole Foods a minute away at The Streets at Southglenn. The Goodson Rec Center, DeKoevend Park, and Trader Joe's are within walking distance and you'll find the University of Denver, Inverness Business Park, and Denver Tech Center just 10 minutes away. Downtown Denver is just a 20-minute drive, and if you hop onto C-470, you can get to the mountains and ski resorts within an hour!
Direct driving access to University Blvd (a major north-south thoroughfare) and Arapahoe Rd (a major east-west thoroughfare). A short walk to RTD bus stops on University Blvd and Arapahoe Rd. Within 5 miles of three RTD Light Rail Stations.
We have another home the same size, just down the hill and around the corner, if you need more space for a family reunion, wedding or other special event. We can host up to 18 guests at both homes. Please contact us for availability.

Summary: We had no issues with checking in or out. Elizabeth was very responsive. We loved that they had a Christmas tree in the family room for the holidays. The house looks small from the outside, but is in fact very spacious. We had plenty of room and everything was very clean. Our kids loved playing with the foosball table in the basement. The neighborhood felt very safe. Paved and dirt running trails with great mountain views are within a mile of the house. DeKoevend Park is down the road with a large playground and basketball court, which our kids really enjoyed. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants very close by. We were able to get to all of our destinations easily with C-470 and I-25 within close proximity. Overall,we had a great stay and really enjoyed the home.

Summary: Our host was very helpful and quick to answer a few questions prior to our stay and once while on site. This home provided ample room and areas to visit & relax for 5 adults. There is a quiet & nice desk area for anyone needing to work. The kitchen is good size, with a counter area for setting food or perching on a stool for expanded seating. The porch was nice at cooler times of day, and a nice place for some quiet time. The location was very convenient to many places. We all felt very at home and would recommend this property.

Summary: My husband, adult son, daughter and I stayed for a couple of nights here. We walked inside and felt like we had just walked into a brand new home. The sunporch looked inviting, unfortunately we were there when Denver was experiencing 100 deg days. We had my brother, his wife and adult son over to play cardgames and easily all fit around the dining room table. The fooseball downstairs was other bit of added fun. On Monday morning, my husband was able to use the desk in the study for his online meeting. We will definitely put this on our favorites list!
