Summary: We had two families in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this house was perfect. There are plenty of sitting areas for eating, having coffee and reading, playing board games, etc. The house has plenty of space for everyone to not feel like we were on top of each other. Several parks are within walking distance and the backyard is quite large for some running’ around as well.

It has plenty of space (we had 2 adults and 4 young kids), in a great location near great parks and grocery stores.
