Summary: This is a great furnished rental with a garage. Quiet neighborhood and fully stocked remodeled house. Michael and Lois were very accommodating and easy to work with. We were between buying houses and needed a furnished rental. This was perfect. So close to Lake Chatfield and the beautiful hiking and biking at Waterton Canyon. Great views too! We would definitely stay here again.
