I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was satisfactory and met all the needs of our stay. The house is in need of some cosmetic changes. There were parts of walls that were plastered but not painted. Towel racks were absent in one of the bathrooms and one bedroom had to be entered through another. None of these items interfered with the wonderful time we had.

Summary: We had a great stay at Island Club Rentals. There was an issue with the rental we booked so the staff put us in 2 smaller rentals: it worked out perfectly! While the rentals are a bit worn, everything was sparkling clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to others!

Summary: Photos made this property look much larger and better then when we walked in. Everything was clean. However the rooms were all very small with one room even being inside of another room. Neighbors were very close and rowdy pool wasnt able to be used at time of stay. Overall it suited the purpose but certainly wasnt worth the price.

We were able to utilize the gazebo across the road for yard games and grilling, which worked out great since our grill was so dirty it was catching on fire. The house was very outdated, but it was a place to lay our heads at night. Numerous holes in the walls, locks on doors not working, and had a musty smell. There was also cigarette butts on the ground from the previous renters, so I would recommend better cleaning between groups. They were always quick to respond when we needed more propane and toilet paper. I called and within 10 minutes, we would have the extra supplies delivered. Overall, I would give this place a 3.5 of our 5.
