Summary: This property was exactly what we wanted. Rustic cabin, plenty of sleeping areas, central to the island, so bike distance from everything. The facility has a few quirks due to Maintenence and what not, but so what. If we wanted a 4 star hotel, we would have stayed at one. We wanted a huge rustic cabin to play board games with ALL of our kids and grandma and grandpa, and have a fire, and be close to like a million things to do. We got exactly what we wanted. Would stay again.

Summary: The property is no where near where the VRBO pin shows. Pin shows that it is near the park in the main town area. It's actually way out of town. Much closer to Joe's bar. The inside smells very musty (not at all like Pine Sol as the owner tried to refute in another post). Only 2 of the 4 window AC units work consistently. Two would turn on but then have a power surge and trip the power strip breaker within a few minutes of being on. Bedding and bathrooms were clean which was the biggest plus.

Summary: There was a few minor things that we wished were different. There were no extra garbage bags but we figured it out. And the air conditioners kept popping the breakers but we made due. Was a nice play to stay: and so spacious.

Summary: My family had a great time getting away this past weekend for the Fourth of July and staying at Robert’s place was wonderful. Despite a few little kinks with the place everything was wonderful and Robert was very communicative. We overall had a great time and it was the perfect location for a getaway.

Summary: Great location. Lots of room for parking. Place is spacious. Good area for grilling and sitting on deck. In regards to contacting owner, I Sent a text to number provided in regards to check in, got no response. And as for cleanliness, the First time we needed a frying pan we found several that still had grease in them from the previous use, that obviously were not washed. That was disgusting and I’m assuming more the fault of the previous renter. Toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. Not a big deal , and Overall, we enjoy this A frame very much. It works well for our group, just a couple minor things could be tidied up that would help tremendously.

Summary: Great space for large groups who don't mind sharing living and sleeping space. Big yard and porch space perfect for lounging and yard games. About a mile from downtown but a short walk to Joe's Bar. Wifi would have been helpful as there is very limited cell service on this part of the island.
