We had no towels, we called to have some brought to us which they said they would bring but we never received. The door would no lock, we called to report the door being broken and one person answered but put us on hold and never answered the phone again. Very poor communication. On the bright side, the place was clean and was convenient.

A third bathroom would be great. It was not as clean in one of the bathrooms and the bedrooms need a good cleaning. Furniture had rips.

The pool was DElightful. :) The kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, dishes, etc and the kitchen and 2 bathrooms were clean. The only items that needed attention before our arrival were the kitchen floor (it needed a wet mopping) and the exterior grounds had litter. Thank you so much. We will do it again.
