Summary: This home is gorgeous and the staff are amazing! Even the lovely pictures cannot show the attention to detail the owners have put into the design of this magnificent home. The views on every level, from every room, the beautiful water features, gas fireplaces, high ceilings, mature plants and flowers on every floor...maintenance by full time, highly professional staff. Carlos, the house manager/bartender/get anything you need is fantastic! Mario, the chef, can make anything...savory, fancy desserts (best chocolate cake and lemon meringue pie we've ever had). Lucia seems to clean on a cloud...never in the way and everything is magically spotless. The gardeners keep everything green and lush. The property manager, Nicole, was always responsive, seemingly immediately, by email and phone. The beds are plush with quality, new bedding and so comfortable. The pool is the perfect temperature. Oh, and the wi-fi, water pressure, etc. are great. ! We will be back! Thank you."

Summary: This was our second visit to Casa Dos Cisnes and it continues to be the perfect place for relaxation, introspection and care. Nestor, Lucia and Mario take incredible care of not only the house itself, but everyone who's in it as well. Yes, they are there to assist and help, but (more importantly) they are also some of the most warm, welcoming and wonderful people I've had the pleasure of meeting. As I said in a previous review of this house, you can have a stunning home, but if it's not properly run for by caring, gracious people, it falls flat. Casa Dos Cisnes is special thanks to those people. The house itself is what I would call impeccable. It's spotlessly clean, run like a well-oiled machine and offers you a genuine level of comfort without feeling like a museum piece. Communicating with the owners is always a treat. I asked and loved hearing about the history of this home. Every detail of this house was carefully considered. It was truly a labor of love. I admire that quite a bit. I'm sure it won't be long until we're back again.

Summary: If you think the pictures look great, they hardly tell the story! Unbelievably beautiful house with 5 wonderful bedrooms and 4 full baths. You couldn't find more spectacular and yet comfortable surroundings. But the best part of all is the awesome staff of three. Israel, the cook, dazzled us with meal after meal. We ate in town a couple of times but all agreed it was much more fun and delicious at the Villa. Brandon, butler/bartender waited on us 24/7 and Ilena kept the house clean and spotless. The Villa is only a $6-8 cab ride to town so in a perfect location. We were pleasantly surprised how clean Puerto Vallarta has become. Several had been before but many years before and they have worked hard to upgrade it. It shows! Book this house now - you'll thank me!! PS The chile rellenos for dinner were the favorite!

Summary: Everything was perfect-from the first communication with Nicole Arnell to the last day of our wonderful vacation! The villa is gorgeous, private, tranquil with commanding views of the bay from every room! Luisa kept the villa sparkling, Israel whipped up gourmet meals, Brandon was attentive to any requests and Angeles (the local property manager) checked in regularly and helped us with her knowledge and expertise. You can take a 10 minute walk to a lovely beach or just relax, take in the view and watch flocks of birds fly by. It was definitely a privilege to enjoy such a beautiful part of the world from an incredible perch surrounded by the villa's outstanding architecture and impeccable interior design!

Summary: We had an amazing vacation at Casa dos Cisnes - everything was perfect and beautiful. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they could not have tried harder. The villa is situated in the most picturesque spot - the view was spectacular. Meals were wonderful, and food expenses were handled very, very fairly. It has only been three weeks since we were there, but my husband is already missing Israel and his wonderful meals, and is ready to come back! So lovely, and so relaxing.......

Summary: The best vacation we've ever had. The staff was so great. It made our vacation feel effortless. Chef Isreal can prepare just about anything you desire. The butler was on point..he also helped us with navigating the city and suggesting places to go. He always made sure we never went hungry or thirsty. We only had a party of 5 but this house can easily hold 10 people very comfortably. We definitely will be back!
