Casa Ave del Paraiso is a luxury villa rental designed with a Mexican contemporary style that maintains the flavor of an elegant luxury Vallarta home. Casa Ave del Paraiso is located in Real de Conchas Chinas, a small, private, gated community just north of the Conchas Chinas development in Puerto Vallarta. The villa gives guests the freedom and serenity of being in an isolated, secure location from away the hustle of many other neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta without sacrificing the convenience of a short taxi ride into Old Vallarta and its famed Romantic District known for its dining and nightlife.
In the street/entrance level, you will find the common areas: powder room; living/dining room; open and covered terraces; outdoor breakfast area with barbecue; laundry; a spacious fully stocked kitchen with the best quality modern appliances, including an island that seats 6 people comfortably; a heated pool, with a bench and wet lounging area; water jets that spring out of the pools infinity edge.
Descending from the main level, you will find the guest suites, home theater, and wine cellar. This level has three bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite and walk-in closet. The rooms share a large terrace and have panoramic ocean views. The fourth bedroom is a Mother-in-Law suite. It features its own bathroom, small kitchenette, and double bed.
Below the Guest Suite level is a 3-bedroom Apartment with two en-suite (king beds) bedrooms/bathrooms and a smaller third bedroom/bath with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed if needed. The apartment has a small-equipped kitchen and a small pool and terrace (ocean and lush tropical views). It can be accessed within the villa or sealed off with a separate entrance.
There is plenty of parking for the home including a large covered and secure garage that fits two cars and an outside parking ramp next to the house accommodating up to two additional vehicles.
The Home Theater may also be converted into an 8th bedroom if needed for additional cost.
The rental rate includes housekeeping service and breakfast preparation (food and beverage not included). Breakfast is served between the hours of 8:00 - 10:30 AM. There is only one service for the entire group of guests.

Summary: Rolf has an incredible villa that has incredible attention to detail. The pictures of the pool deck overlooking the ocean don’t do the view justice. You can literally Humpback whale watch. The only thing on the wish list would be installation of a jacuzzi as it gets quite cold after sundown in the peak winter months.Alexa was an incredible concierge and the cooking and housekeeping staff were fantastic. Of the seven bedrooms, 6 are amazing (7th is fine but the view is not quite as spectacular as the others). We asked for additional keys (a previous review said only one was provided) and were able to get those without issue. It’s a very easy Uber from and to Zona Romantico. You should absolutely book this.

Summary: Over a dozen 60 something’s had one of the best vacations at this beautiful home. The views were spectacular as were the sunsets we enjoyed floating in the pool. It was so pretty and so relaxing. The staff was amazing.They were friendly, accommodating and made us feel at home. The breakfasts were awesome… we all miss the French toast, fresh fruit and juice and frijoles! Our chef dinners were also excellent. Cocktails weren’t bad either. Overall we would highly recommend this property for large family or friend gatherings - it has the space for being together and privacy if anyone needs a break. The location is great, easy taxi ride into town and walkable if hills don’t scare you. We had a truly memorable vacation - We would definitely go back. Thanks!

Summary: We had an incredible time at this villa. It is breathtaking in person and the experience for a large group of 12 ladies was seamless. Much thanks to Sandra and Derek who were absolute gems and gave us the best experience. Derek helped organize on site massages, a private boat trip and a private chef. We were a group of Muslim women who were looking for privacy and all female staff and chefs and everyone was able to accomodate us, even though I'm sure it wasn't what they're normally accustomed to. We had an absolute blast and can't recommend this villa enough.

Summary: We came with a group of 12 friends to celebrate a birthday. Derek, the concierge, was great even before we arrived! He set up a call with us to make sure we had what we needed at the house and took great care of us as well! The ladies who cooked us breakfast and lunch every day were incredible - always ask for the fresh made quesadillas! The house and the views were stunning. The house provided a relaxing experience. We did not have a care in the world. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was beautiful, especially the pool, and accurate to the description. Everyone on the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is perfect, great view, walking distance (steep but doable) to town and the beach, accessible by uber and cabs, and felt very safe. Minor complaints are that we only had one key (for a group of 13), and the wifi was not very spotty, and could only be used if we were right near the mode/router.

Summary: Truly terrific! Great staff and terrific location! Pool: Both awesome! One is cold and one is warmed by sun. Bedrooms: Great working A/C, firm mattresses, great closet spaces. Common areas: No A/C in any hallways, living room or kitchen. Clean and spacious. No access to wine cellar. Lots of stairs. Overhead lighting electrical is pretty spotty, lots of switches that do nothing. Security: The neighborhood is protected by a man seated by the main entrance, nice guy. You feel very safe in P.V in general, but this house is in a very safe part of town. Transportation: Uber is ample and cheap. Very steep and aggressive road going up to house. Beware it’s not walkable. It is a great value and can accommodate so many people. It truly was a terrific space to host a bachelor party for 14 people for 5 nights in August.

Summary: The overall property was stunning, all the doors open up on almost all the bedrooms (6/8) and the living room space opened up too, to the most beautiful view of the ocean. Dinner time with the chef was our favorite, because it was always at sunset, with the most delicious meals. This was a very special trip, and they even had sunscreen and bug spray out for everyone to use. Planning and prepping was made very easy with Derek, and the house staff Sandra and Louise were so kind and helpful. They even made breakfast and lunch for us all. One thing I want to suggest is a reminder to close ALL doors/windows right after the sun sets, because the bugs all come out (flying beetles) :)

Summary: We stayed at the villa parasio for a girls trip and it was everything we wanted and more. The house is MASSIVE, and with 15 ladies we were more than comfortable . So many private terraces to spread out and have some solace if needed. They made up an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for the 15th person The views were out of this world with ocean plus feeling tucked into the jungle hillside. Not a ton of insects considering. There are countless beautiful homes in PV , but the staff truly made this place special . Sandra and Luisa prepared breakfast for us every morning , and refreshed the living and bedroom spaces for us every day. Derek, our concierge went above and beyond to get us anything we needed and was an excellent communicator. They stocked the house , and had food and drinks ready for us upon arrival. He arranged to have Balthazar come and make us dinners two of the nights. It really just takes vacationing to the next level when you can relax at home, sit for dinner, and they take care of all cooking and cleaning . Balthazar’s cooking was so good, and was accommodating with dietary restrictions Payments for extra services and groceries was very straightforward. Payment in pesos is preferred! 10/10 recommend having Derek arrange a mariachi band come to the house and play for the guests. We had them come in the morning and it was such a special and fun way to wake up to with our coffee and breakfast Location : Conchas Chinas is right above the Zona romantica so you are very close to the beautiful downtown area (10 min drive). Pay special attention to driving instructions that the host gives and you should find fairly easily after. Rolf and Nanette (the hosts) answered all questions leading up to our stay, and were so kind. They were very flexible with check in and check out times which made our arrival and departure less stressful. I have been to Mexico many times and have never felt more safe. The house is secure, and the staff were nothing but wonderful to us. Thank you everyone! I would love to come back
