Summary: My wife was completely overwhelmed (I had kept this a huge secret for the last several months). We celebrated Debbie's (my wife) remission of cancer for 5 years! Who knew how much we needed a break from the Covid crisis? The home and grounds and the Puerto Vallarta landscape defy the proper words for an accurate description. Clean, safe, gorgeous, relaxing, astounding are all insufficient. The staff is the heart of the home with chef (Mario) who is an expert in the culinary arts! His creations are beautiful and bursting with flavor. Carlos is the concierge and our server for all the wonderful things that came out of the kitchen or bar. He makes great margaritas! Lucia kept our clothes laundered and our rooms in perfect order. She is lightening fast and rarely seen but her smile lights up the rooms! Every need (i.e. toothbrush left behind, constant ice water for hydration, your favorite music or mixed drink or smoothie) is anticipated and granted. Our conversational skills got better as we learned many new words and phrases in Spanish! The bed(s) were so very comfortable and the air conditioning felt great at night. Dolphins were sighted in the bay and fireworks at night seemed to be made just for us! Our excursions were simple and inexpensive: we walked to the beach and the Malecon. We visited the beautiful church and went shopping for souvenirs at the flea market which was colorful and felt very safe. Casa dos Cisnes is THE most elegant yet comfortable villa we have ever stayed in with priceless artwork and furnishings. The pool was refreshing after our walks and the chips with guacamole/salsa were wonderful every day. Debbie had a great massage as I spent my time with a relaxing read. The WiFi is exceptional and there are enough TV's to satisfy anyone with Netflix and satellite reliability. The Bose music system can also keep you entertained throughout the 10,000 square feet of living space. The gardens and plants provide many opportunities for photos and are kept healthy by the talents of the excellent gardener, Raymundo. We can't thank Nicole enough for EVERY prompt response to our many questions. She helped my wife recover her iPhone we left in the taxi! Pure seemless efficiency every step of the way! Thank you all for the vacation of a lifetime in an Eden-like setting. We made new friends and are hearts remain with the incredible Mario, Carlos, Lucia and Raymundo in beautiful Puerto Vallarta! Vaya con Dios mis amigos!

Summary: We had an absolute fantastic time in Casa Dos Cisnes. The property was everything the pictures showed with no luxury spared or missing item. The views from every room were spectacular and there was always something to see in the house, an area to explore or a special niche to read, relax or simply enjoy. The team of Raymundo, Lucia and Mario made the stay that much more perfect as they seemed to always know the next thing we might need, the special drink that would be perfect or the item on the menu that we had not yet considered. The meals cooked by Mario were so delicious that we found ourselves eating every meal on the property vs. heading into town. The beautiful estate and its team made our experience in Conchas Chinas one we will never forget.

Summary: I was not a regular Mexico visitor until we stayed at Casa Dos Cisnes. The Villa, the location, the design, the setting, the spectacular views , the service people, and the attention to detail exceeds all expectations. The only problem is we never wanted to leave the Villa. But we did a few outings such as the terrific walking Taco Tour , and an early morning fishing trip and a couple of nights out for diner. The resident service folks are special. Especially the wonderful Maid service " Lucia. We requested Guacamole and chips and Sevechie ( I know I spelled it wrong) every day before lunch and it is always great. The day we whet fishing we brought a Spanish Makrel home and Marco created his wonderful Sevechie for us. We reviewed our desired daily menu and beverages with Marco ( the resident Chef) and each day Breakfast was served, lunch was ready and diner was set for all at the large dining table. What else could you ask for. We had a couple of health requests , one being no shell fish, no nuts etc and we were always accommodated. Also I need to mention that this was our second visit to Casa Dos Cisnes. We have not only been bragging about it to our Friends and Family but we will plan on returning again. We are in the Interior Design Business and we can appreciate the time , effort and attention to the detail at your beautiful Villa. My Wife and I would like to personally thank our gracious Hosts The Arnrll Family. Thank you Nicole for all the arrangements you had made for the car service and restaturant reservations. Summary: If you think the pictures look great, they hardly tell the story! Unbelievably beautiful house with 5 wonderful bedrooms and 4 full baths. You couldn't find more spectacular and yet comfortable surroundings. But the best part of all is the awesome staff of three. Israel, the cook, dazzled us with meal after meal. We ate in town a couple of times but all agreed it was much more fun and delicious at the Villa. Brandon, butler/bartender waited on us 24/7 and Ilena kept the house clean and spotless. The Villa is only a $6-8 cab ride to town so in a perfect location. We were pleasantly surprised how clean Puerto Vallarta has become. Several had been before but many years before and they have worked hard to upgrade it. It shows! Book this house now - you'll thank me!! PS The chile rellenos for dinner were the favorite!

Summary: From the moment we walked in the door we knew our expectations would be met! The home is simply stunning; beautifully decorated and no detail left unnoticed. The view and setting is magnificent! The staff is very attentive, but not overly present which allows for a quiet and private experience. The food was magnificent! Pepe and Martin are a solid team and delightful to have around. Every meal was prepared to perfection. You cannot go wrong with Casa Dos Cisnes. You will not regret your vacation here!!

Summary: This was our first time renting a villa anywhere so we were a little nervous. Let's just say that once you pass through the welcoming doors of Casa Dos Cisnes any worries you had immediately disappear. This home is amazing! From the open floor plan to the fantastic views, everywhere you look you are astounded by the beauty. Pepe was there to greet us immediately. Doing everything he could to always make us comfortable and happy. He worked so hard every day to make our stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Elvira was always there with a smile and does an absolutely impeccable job keeping this home spotless. Everything in this home sparkles due to Elvira's true care for this property. And then there is Chef Martin! His food is just as good - if not better - than any restaurant we visited in Puerto Vallarta. From beautifully displayed fruit in the morning, the most amazing French toast ever, and salsa to die for! My family would honestly return just for the meals. While in Puerto Vallarta we ziplined through the jungles, we bungee jumped and we walked the cobblestone streets. Everyone we met was so friendly and inviting. We never wanted to leave. This is the first vacation we have taken that we all agreed that we would return. Thank you to everyone at Casa Dos Cisnes! You gave us a vacation that we will never forget!

Summary: I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a wonderful time we had at Casa Dos Cisnes. Our group was made up of 5 couples. We planned this trip, with the sole purpose of relaxing (kid-free) for a few days, being spoiled, and enjoying our friends. We all have young children, and it had been several years since any of us went anywhere without them. We could not have picked a better spot, or a better villa. The villa was even better than advertised, but the staff is truly what made it special. Chef Martin's dishes are out of this world with breathtaking meals. The staff is top notch. We had a wonderful time enjoying friends, relaxing in the pool, and indulging in far too many cocktails and wonderful food. I know that all of us have already spread the word about Casa Dos Cisnes, and we are hoping to return soon. Gracias Amigos!
