Summary: This property is in a great location with an easy walk into a cute town and short drive to the beach area. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate with us while we were there so we didn't get to take advantage of the lake or outside area, but the house itself was large enough for everyone to spread out but yet cozy enough to come together for a family movie night, good food and good conversation. Thank you for a great weekend on the cape!

Summary: We rented this house to stay with our dog and some adult friends. We did not take advantage of all the rooms, but stayed just on the first floor. The outdoor gas fire pit and comfy seating was a great spot to gather. We loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating. The house is obviously a family house. The neighborhood is quiet and the pond is pretty, but probably not swimmable. Craigville beach is 5 minutes drive. Great location for us.
