Summary: The place felt much bigger than what was described in the listing! It was a very cozy space and no one felt cramped. The beach is so close and easy to access. The 2 bathrooms were also a great feature. There is no air conditioner and there was one night that felt a little muggy but overall it was not needed. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Summary: This immaculate and cozy cottage offers Cape Cod charm with updated amenities. It was truly a perfect home to enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod. The location, literally across the street from the beach, is centrally located for easy access to all that the cape has to offer. The owner was amazingly accommodating, responsive, and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We just returned from a relaxing vacation on Cape Cod. If you are looking for a rental property on the Cape you should seriously consider this cottage. The cottage is modest in size, but very clean and has everything and more that you would ever need including; 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch and 2 updated and clean bathrooms. The new owner was pleasure to work with and always available in the event we had any questions. She has done a beautiful job with remodeling / modernizing the inside of the cottage. The cottage is conveniently located directly across from the Nantucket Sound and just steps away from the beach. No need to pack up the car daily and pay for beach parking. It is also minutes away from nice restaurants and the award winning Four Seasons ice cream stand. If you are considering renting a property at Cape Cod, I highly recommend this cottage.
