Summary: Family stay for 19 adults (21-90). Space perfect and if anything not sufficiently described as to how expansive and mixed family friendly it really is. Excellent neighborhood with easy access to beach, walks and bike trails. A variety of ages all enjoyed both pickle ball and an expansive pool and outdoor sitting area.

Summary: The house was wonderful. It was big and bright and clean. The grounds were beautiful. The pickle court was in use about 6 hours a day. The pool are was big. The shade tree next to the pool was lovely for sitting under. We had a great time.

Summary: This was the best Vrbo we have stayed in to date. This group of friends (from graduate school + spouses) have stayed together on many group trips and all agreed the amenities, location, etc for the price was unbeatable. We have no complaints and plan to rent again next year for a reunion! I couldn’t recommend this place more. The new pickleball court was a major plus and nice way to have an activity to stay active throughout the day that was on the property. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Summary: This property experience exceeded our high expectations. With a family vacation group of 10 plus guests, we all had places to be, things to do, and people to see. Location was convenient to much of what the Cape has to offer. The property managers were highly responsive and helpful with the few minor maintenance issues we encountered. Now, if they could fix the traffic onto the Cape, the experience would be perfection!

Summary: This property is a dream come true. End of September and we still totally enjoyed the salt-water pool. Great cooking facility allowed all nine of us foodies to enjoy every meal at the property except the last day's breakfast because we had to check out. If i could ever afford it again, I would go again without hesitation.
