Summary: Our extended family relished our week in 104 Philadephia Street. The huge, bright and airy home had multiple terrific features that enhanced our stay. These included a large, well-stocked kitchen, a glorious screened-in front porch with comfortable furniture, a large dining table that easily accommodated 12 persons, and central air conditioning that could be separately adjusted on the main and second floors. The 6 bedrooms and associated bathrooms were very comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the handicapped-accommodating features (wall bars and chair) in the shower in the main floor bathroom. Other special features included a large work/play table in a family area adjacent to the kitchen, well-stocked games and toys for children, and, in the backyard, a large eating table and a separate sitting area. There was a fun playroom in the basement with table tennis, foosball, and other activities. The 3-car driveway was easy to navigate. Importantly, the home is a short distance from both the boardwalk and from shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave and Wilmington Street.

Summary: This house is great for a big family, just a block and a half from the beach.and two blocks from the main drag in Rehoboth. Open floor plan makes it easy to host a crowd. The screened porch is a great place to spend the morning. The Vacasa team was great when we realized we had run out of propane for the grill and helped us understand when we got a parking ticket (the residential parking passes are not enough in the metered parking in front of the house).

Summary: Property was excellent. Located a short two blocks from the beach, the property has all the amenities one would want or need. We had one minor issue with a fire alarm. Called maintenance and they quickly rectified the situation. Taking a cold shower is never fun, but the master bath shower did not have hot water and it also had mold on shower ceiling. Health hazzard which needs to be rectified. With that said, the seven of us enjoyed our stay and would stay at the property again.
