Known as Sand Point a Coastal, waterfront escape! Tucked away on a secluded peninsula on the Indian River Bay, 37004 Sandpiper Road is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that only just completed construction in the spring of 2022! This rental truly has no rival, with water views on not just one, but THREE sides. To the east, there are no obstructions until the Indian River Bridge; to the South, nothing until the other coast; to the west, nothing until the inner reaches of the bay. Stay in complete peace and tranquility. Pack what you'll want or need for the week and never leave - how often do you get a rental with that perk? With its own section of private beach, this home allows guests to do just that. The stunning interior of this home is equally as amazing as its location. Guests enter from the car port to a ground-floor entry space. Take the steps up the main floor, which features a wide-open space that flows from the kitchen and dining space into a living room and screen porch. Three sliding doors into the living area from the screen porch as well as wall to wall windows on the porch allow guests to open everything up and enjoy the salty summer air as it blows in from the water. The porch opens onto a deck, which has its own set of stairs for going up and down to the beach and dock with ease. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom can be found on the main floor as well as a half bath. On the top floor, there are four more bedrooms. Two of those share a hall bathroom, while the remaining two have ensuites. The large primary bedroom sits at the back of the house and is highlighted by its own private balcony overlooking the Indian River Bay. No matter where you go in this luxurious home, you are guaranteed to have a water view. Boaters, make sure your vessel is ready to go! This home includes use of the dock space furthest to the left (furthest from the garage structure) which can hold a boat up to 25 feet in length.
Hot Tub anyone...... You will LOVE the waterfront hot tub! Relax and watch the boats go by in this spacious covered oasis.
Planning a small wedding, reunion, bridal shower.... owner will consider a small quite intimate events on case by case basis.
Don't leave your dog behind- this home is dog friendly. Owner will allow a max occupancy of 2 dogs with a $375 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Dangerous breeds are not permitted and dogs must be under 60lbs.

Although sparsely appointed (we had to purchase a working coffee maker, and a few other kitchen essentials), this rental property is an ideal place for a quiet family or friends gathering. Located at the end of a private drive, you will feel like you are having a private vacation experience.Fishing off the bank was a surprisingly fun activity for our group. We kayaked and paddle-boarded (not provided by home owner) from the private beach on calm days, and the little children in our group had no issues navigating waves into the private beach on windy days. The bay might not be for everyone in your group if you prefer the "on the beach" or "at the beach" lifestyle, but the bay views were stunning morning, noon, and night.We saw dolphins every day, sometimes 20-30 feet out from the sea wall.We were happy with our trip, and recommend this rental property to anyone interested in a quite, beautiful trip with family and friends.

Summary: The house was amazing. Everything actually worked. The views were phenomenal! The property location is a bit "out of the way" but for us, it was exactly what we needed....privacy. We had our our private little beach area, there was a grassy area where we could put up a "tent" to shade the 9 month old baby. It was perfection.

Summary: This house was exactly as advertised! The 4-season room was a favorite for games and dining, and the little beach was perfect for the kids to build sandcastles. We fished - landing a lot of croaker fish, a sting ray and even a shark! It was very breezy- which made the heat not so bad and we flew kites most days. Next time we want to bring a boat or jet skis for more fun.

Summary: The location and house itself are gorgeous! It was the perfect fit for our family getaway. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch overlooking the water. The house is very secluded and we felt like we were on our own island. The only downside was that we had to provide our own paper towels, garbage bags, sponges, etc. which we were not aware of. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect! We had a plumbing issue with the kitchen sink and Joseph was very responsive in helping to get a handyman out to fix it ASAP. We would love to stay here again!

Summary: I brought my daughters, two of my grandchildren, a d my wife's cousin and her husband for aong weekend at this beautifully located house on the Delawareshore. We were also visited by close family friends. It rained while the wind left over from Hurricane Ian howled their way up.the coast. We did not experience even one sunrise, or sunset. We did not see one star during g our 3 night stay. But the ambience, the atmosphere inside of the house more than made up for the weather outside. The house, situated on stilts/supports right at the ocean's edge, felt like we were on our own private island Five ample bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a great living room connected to the dining room, a screened-in outdoor living and dining area and two unbelievably large balconies alleft nothing to be desired. The only thing which could have been better was the weather. But even the winside outside made you appreciate the insde. This house, with its own private ate beach, small yard and parking for six vehicles (easily)
