Summary: Nice large house with plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time hanging around the big table and back patio. We didn't use any of the games or toys, but I could see how this place would be great for families with kids. It is also located within walking distance to the bus station that has the shuttle that runs down to the beach for $2. The home appears to have never been lived in - always a rental. It is showing some signs of wear, such as worn carpets and missing towel racks, but nothing disgusting or significantly out of order. As it isn't a 5-star property, it doesn't get 5 stars, but we had a great 5-star family reunion there, and this property facilitated our enjoyment. The owner is a decent guy too. If you're looking for a place like this, don't hesitate the pull the trigger.

Summary: The property is great for a larger family. It's within miles of everything (beaches, outlets, restaurants, etc). Owner was very responsive and kind. Just bring your food and clothing and enjoy.

Summary: We had a wonderful weeks stay at this lovingly cared for home. The size was perfect for our family. The bedrooms each with their own bathroom is a great plus. Fully equipped kitchen if you like to cook some of your meals. This home is walking distance to Jungle Jim’s, the outlets, WaWa and a short drive to the beach. There is a shuttle nearby if you prefer. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Rented this property for my mom's 65 birthday celebration. Beautiful property, fully stocked with basic necessecities, owner was very responsive and helpful. Area is close to beach, outlet shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent again!

Summary: House located in great location. Everything is close by. House was cleaned, stocked up and well organized. The only thing basement floor had some sand and water ring marks in basement bathroom. Overall great house and owner provided all information in email.

Summary: 12 family members stayed at this lovely home so close to so many amenities there is something for everyone to do in the area. The owner was very communitive with us and the space was great, no one was on top of one another, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, we brought our own pots and cookware, but it was not needed the owner had every cooking item you need, which was a great money saver, we cooked our meals so we had more to spend at the outlets, which are in walking distance, but take your car because with so many stores you won't have enough arms to carry your packages. If you book, just don't take my spot for next year, I'll keep my dates to myself. But all jokes aside book with ease you won't be disappointed.

Summary: There were 15 of us ranging in age from senior adult to 13 years old and we were in town for a large family reunion event. The home was super clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything we wanted to do - be it shopping, the beach or just enjoying relaxing in the back yard - which could accommodate all of us easily. The bedrooms were large with comfortable bedding and we loved each having our own bathroom. There was a bedroom on the first floor making it perfect for my husband who has difficulty with stairs. Very well thought-out home layout! But the best feature, for us, was the games room downstairs where we could all gather for fun. I only regret the brevity of our visit - I so wish we could have stayed longer.
