Summary: The house was exactly as shown and perfect for our family of seven adults! The house was clean and had great amenities including the hot tub and fire pit. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager answered us in a timely manner when we had one small issue and took care of us with a later checkout time. Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Summary: We spent 3 nights for Thanksgiving with 12 family members. All are adults. One sleeping on davenport due to age and gender mix. Very nice home . We had to get more toilet paper and the coffee pot does not fit the coffeemaker. Are thinking about renting again for a graduation in the spring.

Summary: Very nice property. Very well pointed. The cow theme fit well with our get-together. The stairs were longer and steeper than anticipated, but manageable. The 4th upstairs bedroom does not have easy access to a bathroom. Access to a bathroom is through a bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom or half bath downstairs. If only needing a 4 bedroom space, it is great! We really enjoyed our time and all the amenities.

Summary: This cabin is incredible! Location was perfect with Flagstaff (15mins) & Grand Canyon (1.5hrs) not too far. Our group of 10 was very comfortable in this gorgeous place. Check-in was a breeze and we had no issues finding the place after dark. Everything is very well maintained and instructions are clear. Even though it got down to 19F during our stay, the firepit was nice to enjoy the stars at night. We'll definitely rent from you again in the future. Thank you for making our experience great!
