This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly built home in a Bellemont private community with mountain views and accommodations for up to 8 guests per stay. Included are three queen beds and one full-size bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom while the remaining 3 guest bedrooms share a well-sized bathroom with tub and shower. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. The living room and master bedroom have smart TV's. Closets provide ample space for storage.
The downstairs great room opens up to a large backyard with private patio, built-in outdoor grill, hot tub, and spaces for dining or lounging. Inside is a custom kitchen with full amenities, large pantry, and coffee bar. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and large flat-screen smart TV. Additional features include free hi-speed Wifi, central AC and gas heating, plenty of hot water. There is a full size washer and dryer.
Located a quick 10 minute drive from downtown Flagstaff and close proximity to various restaurants and activities such as hiking, biking, golf and skiing. Within 1-2 hours driving distance of other popular AZ destinations including Sedona, Prescott, Williams, Route 66 and the Grand Canyon.
The home is professionally cleaned immediately after each stay and there is a minimum 2-day vacancy between stays. Check-in and check-out procedures are contactless. Cleaning products and disinfectants are provided on site for guest use.

Summary: The house itself is fine. The backyard was completely covered in snow all the way up to the back door. It had not snowed for at least 5-6 days prior to our arrival so there was plenty of time for them to have shoveled the snow or hired someone to do it. The entire reason I booked this location was because it could house my family and had a grill and hot tub. I, along with other family members spent our vacation time, shoveling over 2 ft of ice and snow off the hot tub, a walkway just to get out the back door, and a pathway to the grill. The owners were fully aware of the status of the yard because they have a ring camera that looks over the entire yard. In my opinion owners should not be watching their guests. I also arrived to dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dirty towels and blankets sitting in the washing machine. I informed the owner of this and their reply was to say “there’s still enough room in there for us to use them”. This is unacceptable. These are amenities listed for use during my stay. They just assumed I’d only be using the washer for towels at the end of my stay. My family was there for a snow trip so we had to remove the owner’s dirty towels and blankets so we could wash and dry our clothes. There was also a six pack of beer and other items in the fridge that took up an entire door of food that belonged to the owners. Keep in mind that in the checkout instructions it says to discard all food from the fridge. The owner’s don’t seem to follow their own rules.

Summary: The house is brand new and had everything you need. The location just off of I-40 makes it easy to get back to Flagstaff in a few minutes and the hot tub and back yard were very relaxing. We will definitely return.

Summary: Everything was new and in great condition, very clean. We loved having the hot tub! We missed having a kitchen table for family meals, but it wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed. The couch was great at accommodating our group of 6 and we loved the comfy blankets. We enjoyed the games that were there and left a few behind for others to enjoy.
