Positive: The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding and towels were fresh. As a family-run accommodation, the warmth and kindness were truly impressive. If I visit Hkiva again, I would definitely want to stay here again. It turned out that this place was much better than the large hotels nearby. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
Negative: The location was also very good.
Summary: Fantastic and perfect accommodation .

Positive: We had a very pleasant experience at this guest house. The family running it lives on the ground floor and is very friendly and nice. The room was very comfy with a closet and a separate bathroom and a mini fridge. We booked for 2 nights. The breakfast was amazing and the dining room was just spectacular! The location is perfect and everything in the old city is reachable by foot. At night it's however quite peaceful. All in all a very pleasant guest house with a friendly family and a good experience. Very highly recommend!

Positive: From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like family at this guest house. They served a varied and delicious breakfast every day, the room was clean and comfortable, and the proximity to all the sites within Ichan Kala couldn't be better. We would recommend this guest house to anyone, and would gladly return if we ever came to Khiva again!
Summary: The friendliest, most welcoming, and well-located guest house in all of Khiva!

Positive: I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, the room was clean and quiet, and the hosts were absolutely lovely. Everything you could wish for during a stay! The whole family was incredibly kind and helpful. Their son even took me to the bus station so I could catch my flight from Urgench, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also very generous and delicious. I truly felt pampered and well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!
Negative: A few small things to be aware of: the beds are quite firm (a matter of preference), and the hosts don’t speak English, but they kindly called a friend to help translate and explain everything, which worked out well. Payment is currently cash only, so make sure to have some cash with you. Hopefully, card payment will become available in the future.
Summary: Amazing hospitality in a perfect location
