Positive: Right inside the old city but in a quiet corner, unassuming little guest house with no more than 4 rooms, a discreetly thoughtful and efficient host, and the best stay of my trip in Uzbekistan:) Tasty and abundant breakfast, curcially available from 7am (allowing to get out before the heat!), I even got it in a take away box for my early departure on the last day. The host helped me efficiently book a driver for Nukus via the fortresses - he is super reliable and helpful. Room was nice with comfy bed (a first in the country!)

Positive: Excellent! The hotel manager met me on the railway station upon my request (I have injured the leg and have asked for assistance) - it was exceptional delicate and helpful. All through my stay I felt the care of the hotel personnel, as well as the assistance with early departure.
Negative: The property has excellent location, equipment, style and personnel. It s clear and friendly. Highly reccomended

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Said Maxsum Guesthouse. The place is cosy and welcoming, and the family running it took good care of us. Breakfast was generous and delicious—more than enough to start the day. Located in a quiet part of the old town, it offered a peaceful atmosphere. Our twin room had a beautiful view of the Islam Khoja Minaret. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the charm of Khiva.

Positive: Wonderful little guest house located within the city walls with the best breakfast in Central Asia. The young guy who took care of us (owner's son) was super helpful and nice. The rooms are extremely clean and well-decorated, the bathroom and shower are nice, and it's less than 10 minutes walking to anywhere in the old city. Highly recommended!

Positive: Great little homestay, we booked three rooms for our group of friends and had the entire place to ourselves. Aslan was a good host and very helpful before we even arrived, he gave good advice about train ticket bookings and even offered to do it for us if we couldn't. He also arranged an excellent driver, Bahadır, to pick us up at the airport and then drive us to Bukhara. The rooms were comfortable and breakfasts, prepared by Aslan's mother, were a traditional culinary treat. This hotel is in a fabulous location inside the Ichan Qala and we would highly recommend it.
