Positive: The guest house is located in the perfect position in the city center of Khiva, it is clean and has all the comforts. Good breakfast, made at the moment, with magic view on minaret. The host is incredibly kind and guided us in several tours either from the airport, to the city of Bukhara and to the fortresses in the desert.

Positive: Perfect position to visit the city centre, quiet small residential road but very close to the landmarks of Old Khiva. Nice hosts, very kind and available. Pleasant breakfast in the private and peaceful courtyard!
Negative: Beds a little too hard but in line with the uzbek ones

Positive: A very nice guesthouse with a very nice and friendly family living there. Very comfortable room and bed with cold AC for the 40 deg temperatures in July. And the breakfast is fabulous.
Negative: I can't think of anything.
