Positive: This is a family run hotel, which manages to combine very high standards, beautiful interiors and to make you feel fully at home. The rooms themselves as stunning, the local inside the Ichan Kala means you are moments away from everything and the breakfasts are fantastic. Also to mention good wifi and access to 24 hours free tea and coffee. Last, but most important, the owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. He arranged for us to be collected from the Turkmenistan border and answered a whole heap of questions. Very happy to strongly recommend.

Positive: The room was so nice. If you are planning to visit Khiva, I recommend Meros B&B. The family is so kind and helpful, and they helped me at different times to take a taxi, especially in the early morning. Also, the place is located inside the Itchan Kala complex, so you don’t need to pay a ticket. All the historical places are around you. It’s worthy ❤️

Positive: We loved everything about this family-run B&B! Tasteful traditional decor throughout the property, including hand-painted ceilings in our room. The spacious rooftop terrace is great for sunset and night views. We were treated very well by the proprietor, who allowed us to stay in the room for several hours after the official check-out time as our train left in late afternoon. Note that this may not be an option, though, in high season if they need to prepare for the next guest. The location is perfect inside the old city walls. Close to a couple restaurants with fantastic high terrace views. Breakfast changed a bit every day, but always included eggs, fruit, and bread, which we appreciated. Great hot water and water pressure. We highly recommend this B&B!

Positive: Beautiful guesthouse with spectacular view, amazing facilities, great location, clean room and friendly owner ! And in booking this hotel which is inside Itchan Kala ( Old Town ) you can also save money to buy ticket to enter the Town ! Just 10/10 !

Positive: Host was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Excellent location. Nice rooftop. Clean rooms. Nice private balcony with view of the city walls.
Negative: Nothing. Great location, and good value. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Positive: Great location, good breakfast, free coffee and tea, a very nice family owns the place. The terrace is really nice and it is beautiful (look at the ceiling, beautiful art).
Negative: The bed was too hard for me, maybe a foam mattress would help.
