This four bedroom home is the quintessential Greens Breach shack! You will love it! The home is fully setup for guests to unpack & relax. Situated over two levels, with downstairs having open plan living, kitchen & dining. Along with the laundry, bathroom & toilet. Upstairs is the sleeping quarters. With four bedrooms; two with queen beds & two with twin single beds. And wait til you see the view from two of the bedrooms - to die for! We bet you can't wait to wake up to this!
The outdoor undercover entertaining area is the perfect spot to sit & relax, have a glass of Tasmanian wine & enjoy a bbq of local produce. And there's plenty of room to park cars & boats.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kids were delighted to find a chest full of toys. The back gate walks down to the beach. The house is well equipped and the building was sturdier than I would have expected through the strong overnight winds. The vacuum cleaner battery needs replacing, which would make it easier to clean as you stay. I would stay longer next time.

Summary: A great spot and overall tidy and clean well looked after property (except for some dirty kitchen utentsils..most likely a once off oversight). Also something to be aware of the stairs are steep and my 84 year old mother had to sleep on the couch, but she did find it comfortable.The upstairs bedrooms have sloping floors and the beds although comfortable could benefit being leveled up with some packers!Overall happy with the property!

Summary: Our stay was nice and relaxing, close to the beach and shop, nice amount of room to feel not overlooked to much by others. However more details on what's included in the home needs to be provided on the website. No extra blankets or throws provided, this meant the reverse heating needed to be on most of the time, not great for the environment. There are panel heaters in the bathroom and upstairs hall, this was needed, they were not working on arrival nor the hot water, this was rectified quickly the next day. We had read an earlier comment regarding no coffee plunger being provided, I inquired pre leaving Victoria had this now been resolved and provided, Donna informed me this was not possible nor had the earlier comment made a difference to this basic home item being available. There is a second toilet however the black mould on the wall in this laundry area meant you could not use it, it was horrible. The overall lay out of the house all bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom downstairs something to consider if needing the toilet overnight, the stairs can be a little trying through the night. Overall, a nice stay, there are no extras provided so take what you need, or you have to buy it there i.e. pantry items.
