One word - WOW! This modern beach house truly needs to be seen to be believed! Set over two levels, the home offers so much for every age. Downstairs there's three bedrooms; One with a queen bed & ensuite, the second bedroom with queen bed & the third bedroom with two single beds. The laundry is tucked away neatly in a hall cupboard, plus there's a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms, separate bathroom with free standing bath & separate sitting area. But then there's the magnificent open plan kitchen, dining & lounge areas which open up onto the front & rear decks. The front deck takes in the views of the water, whilst the back deck is a cosy space to enjoy around the fire pit & bbq. There's plenty of room for the kids to play, whilst the adults can retreat to either front or rear of the home.
The home is a 100m direct access walk to the beach. There's off street parking for two vehicles & an outside storage area for all your beach gear.

Summary: We spent Christmas here with family. Beautiful place with plenty of room for everyone. Lovely veranda with great views and only a short stroll to the beach. Bedrooms had plenty of room and the kitchen and dining/ family room was large enough to accommodate 10 guests. Would recommend for a relaxing stay!

Summary: A perfect spot for family to catch up. Open plan living area large enough for us all to gather with great outdoor areas as well. Double fridge was a bonus and a must. Beach just across the road made for a lovely visit.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mum wanted to have her 80th birthday with family around her, quiet and simple, so three generations of us came together in this beautiful home to celebrate. This home was beyond special, being able to wake up and have coffee with mum with beach views, have cheese and wine on the deck, sit together in the lounge to watch movies and walk along the beach was just what she wanted and we loved being able to give that to her. We would highly recommend this space and now we will always have these magic memories in our hearts and your lovely home will always be a part of this for our family. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Summary: Gorgeous, property, spotless and the kitchen is very well equipped compared to many I have stayed in. MY only suggestion is an extra dishcloth and tea towel.

Summary: I was looking for a property that would be perfect for 10 ladies and this was it. 3 bathrooms, generously sized bedrooms and a beautiful deck with view to enjoy in the afternoon. Minimum stay is 2 nights and check in is after 3pm, meaning that I needed to book the night before my girls night to get prepared and cater. This meant that checkout was 10am the morning following my special night (40th birthday). My first request of a late checkout was denied with the reason of new guests arriving immediately after my checkout (however this was not true as the property was still available to be booked for multiple days following our departure). My second request was denied with a new reason; that the property owners need to inspect the property before cleaners arrive. My third and final plea for simply an extra hour was completely ignored. It was a shame to have had no flexibility granted, especially as my guests only stayed 1 night and the property was close to $1400 to book. It felt disappointing and sad to be honest. Nonetheless the property itself was modern, beautifully furnished and lovely. Small improvements might be: better cleaning - floor was dirty with sand under the lounge room floor rug and it was visibly super dusty under the couches. I also washed a few windows that were dirty. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you'll need. Loved the pellet heater - so safe, clean and easy to use but the rule to turn it off over night meant it was incredibly cold in the house the following morning. There was only 1 extra blanket for the entire house that sleeps 10 so if I came again in winter I'd bring extra bedding for warmth. There was also no soap or shampoo for showers. Ultimately though, it was a really beautiful home for my girls night and I would recommend it to others.
