Summary: We loved our stay in Annecy at this quaint house on a quiet street and close to everything. Old town is within walking as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The garden in the backyard is beautiful and lovely to sit and enjoy with a glass of wine. We used public transportation and the rail, bus and local buses are also within walking distance. Our hosts were welcoming and gracious to our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. You will have a lovely time.

Summary: The apartment in Annecy was perfect. The location is convenient - about a 10 minute walk to the old town centre. The apartment is very well equipped especially the kitchen which made self catering very easy. The garden is amazing - even better than the photos and was perfect for an evening drink in the sun. Communication with Evelyn was very easy and she even arranged for a parking pass for us which meant we could park in front of the house for free. We also had use of the washing machine in the basement which was very useful. Lovely boulangerie was round the corner. Thank you Evelyn for a great stay. Annecy is a great place to visit. Thoroughly recommended!

Summary: Wonderful, quiet neighborhood (until Friday night - got a little rowdy outside). Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. Spacious apartment, well equipped. My only suggestions would be to have a few different kinds of pillows to choose from (I personally don't like the down ones you have to stuff under your head) and curtains. Just sheers is not enough for light control OR privacy, especially in the bedroom. The neighbors probably got an eyeful a time or two! We didn't even turn the light on in the bedroom for that reason. The bed was a little saggy but not terrible. Nice, new appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. A waste basket in the bedroom would be nice, but we made do. I would stay there again. The location is really perfect.

Summary: We very much liked ourstay in the appartment. Everything was close and could be reached within walking distance. The appartment was clean and very well equipped. Communication was friendly and our hosts were very helpful

Summary: We rented this lovely place for 2 weeks while visiting our kids and grandkids. It's quiet, clean, close to old town and transportation. We would most definitely stay again. Well worth renting!

Summary: Evelyn and Eric are terrific hosts and have a beautiful modern apartment with a garden, it's excellently located near the old town just 15 minutes easy walk to the centre

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here, the host is really nice and helpful. We forgot our travel plugs and she lent us a USB plug, so we could charge are phones. There was also a bottle of prosecco in the fridge when we arrived, which we thought was a nice touch. The apartment was light and airy, with all mod cons and a comfortable bed. The garden was really nice, my son loved watching the birds fly in and out of the nesting box. Everywhere was very clean and communication with the host before and during our stay was great. We did think that property had a car park space, it was one of the reasons we booked that apartment, but on arrival we found out it was on street parking, at 8 euros a day. It is a quiet street though and we always found a space near the apartment and the parking meter is just at the end of the street. It just means you have to pop out at 9am to buy a ticket for the day. Anncey is just stunning, such a beautiful place to visit, with fantastic shops and restaurants. We all really enjoyed our 3 night stay. My son loved boating on the lake and playing in the play park close to the canal. Its a great place to visit with kids. The old town is fabulous to walk around, charming to say the least. We got some amazing photos and memories to treasure forever! We can not recommend this place enough, a real gem and close to the centre and old town. It was about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the lake. We always walked into town, but because our son is only age 4, we sometimes took a taxi back at the end of the day, to save having to carry him. The taxi from the centre was about about 12 to 15 euros. We will definitely visit Anncey again and when we do we will stay here for sure.
