Summary: The ambience here is very pleasant. I had such a relaxing stay here. Made perfect with beautiful sunshine, after a week of snow and rain in the area. The room had a marvellous view over the lake towards Annecy vielle ville, which is a 15-20 minute stroll away. Lunch at the Terrace was superb value, with another fantastic outlook onto the lake. The service is calm and professional. The hotel is so close to the plage, it is rude not to go in, even though the water was icy cold. The benefits of cold water strolling are marvellous. I just need to bring my swim boots next time. It is easy to walk, run, cycle, or even take the bus, around the lake; to see pretty, lakeside villages . Lovely place, very memorable. I’m sure it is beautiful in all weather conditions. Merci, à bientôt. 😃😃

Summary: We absolutely loved this hotel! We had amazing views and relaxation from our balcony overlooking the lake. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed! We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also. The quality of the meal for the low cost was unbelievable. Pro tip: If you are on the fence between a lake view terrace or a lake view balcony, go for the balcony. It’s the exact same view. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Summary: Beautiful hotel in front of the lake. They kindly provided information via email even before our stay and promptly replied to our questions about parking. The room was well-appointed, and the view was wonderful. Some staff at the spa and restaurant weren't friendly, and the room wasn't cleaned on the 2nd day, so I'd give it 4 stars.
