Summary: Staff have an attitude problem. They are not very helpful. Also the room they gave us was really claustrophobic. Window was like the ship porthole. Hotel is little away from town. But taxis are easily available.

Summary: Only stayed two nights so didn’t experience the full range of amenities but the location is perfect

Summary: The hotel was amazing, except for the gym. There was barely space to put a mat on the floor.

Summary: AMAZING!!!!!

Summary: Location, location, location. A room with a view here is spectacular. However, lake access is not as easy as you'd think and there is no exclusivity. There is no place with chaise lounges for sitting outside and enjoying the sun and lake. You have to pay extra for the "club" next door made out of what seems to have once been the hotel's lake deck. Hotel is not right in town but it is a short walk and there are other restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel is substantial and expensive. If you are not a big breakfast eater, it's kind of a waste. The staff was all polite but no one wanted to lift a finger to provide any extra help. We were there peak season and maybe they were tired but asking for a taxi was like asking for a personal favor. The front desk people are experts in ignoring your presence. We did not use the spa. We paid for a room with a fantastic view and no regrets but while I will return to Annecy, I don't think I'd stay here again.

Summary: Nice view, amazing services!

Summary: The hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing! Don’t even try to use a spa or a gym because the smell of bleach basically will kill you. And unless your room is facing the lake you will have no view whatsoever.
