The host Alexandra was also exceptional, so kind and professional and going above and beyond to explain everything to us, be on hand for us throughout our stay and going out of her way to accommodate our requests! Positive: The space was great and the location is right in the middle of old town of Annecy. Check-in was easy and Alexandra was very helpful. The loft is cool with living/kitchen on first floor, bathroom first mezzanine and bedroom on top mezzanine. We had a fantastic time there.

Negative: You should be aware that the bedroom is up two flights of stairs so we left our suitcases on the first floor.

Positive: The photos do not do justice to this place. This is the most amazingly placed spectacular property I have ever stayed. Besides being in the center of town, on one side you have the canals and the bridges, and on the other side, the bedroom, you have an unbelievable view of the castle. Truly hard to describe. Not to mention, Alexandra went ABOVE AND BEYOND, left extra coffee, a bottle of champagne, gave us everything we needed for a fantastic stay and exceeded every expectation.

Negative: Literally, everything was to perfection. (And this is not hyperbole, in fact, this is my first ever review of any place)

Summary: The most unbelievable stay in the center of Annecy. You will feel like the Mayor and a rockstar at the same time.
