Positive: Very close to everything. Loved how responsive the host was. Was as advertised and the property was very pretty. The abundance of sitting room by the pool was great.

Negative: Cleanliness was ok. About a 6-10. Just needs a more in depth clean. Handles were all a little dirty. The bathroom toilet ran non stop which wasn’t a huge deal but Id definitely recommend adding a fan in the bathroom.

Negative: Didn't like the fact whoever had the above space made so much noise. Hot water didn't last long in the shower. Moisture in the air gave the place a smile .

Positive: I loved the friendly neighbors, we were lost at first because the address literally takes you to the back of the property making you think you’re in the wrong place. Next time give out 215 address and say walk through gate to 217. This was minor for us we still had a blast, but future tenants might be more upset.

Negative: The address brings you to the back ally which is poorly lit

Positive: The location was excellent. We wanted to stay close to my daughter & we were .8 miles from her apartment. Location to the beach & downtown was also excellent.

Negative: The facility itself could use some TLC. The one set of blinds in one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced due to broken off & bent pieces. Each time we came back to the facility there was a definitive damp (possibly mold) smell which we noticed right away. There were some walls that looked as if they had a coat of paint put on them rather than possibly replacing the drywall, which is what probably should be done.

Positive: Location is perfect - Just a short walk to the beach and downtown JAX Beach with shopping and restaurants. Had an issue with the AC but the maintenance person came quickly and resolved it.

Negative: Basic Cabel was not provided in the unit - so we had to buy a Roku stick to watch regular TV - Good idea to bring on anyways when travelling - we just did not know.
