Summary: The room was clean. The door to the room was hard to open and close. The pocket door for the bathroom was broken. The back door to the outside was not locked like most hotels and the mattresses were not comfortable

Summary: Staff was friendly at check in after that kind of indifferent. Room was clean but there were only 2 small towels for 2 adults for a 3 night stay. The towels had hairs from someone’s weave or wig in them. Had to have door key reprogrammed each day as it stopped working every morning.

Summary: Facilities. My bathroom had a "drop" ceiling due to a,leak above. This was the 2nd room assigned as i could not close the tight entry door of the original assigned room.

Summary: nice bed, seemed super clean in the room. my toilet wouldn't quit running after a flush for a good 10 minutes, i was really concerned it would be like that all night. there was also no bathroom but i think i got a handicap room for some reason like i chose the wrong one. wifi also didn't seem too fast. the front desk guy was hard to understand but otherwise friendly enough. i didn't get up in time for breakfast to comment on that and the coffee was otherwise ineffective but it was free
