Summary: Nice hotel. The air didn’t cool enough for my liking and the pillows weren’t the best. The bathroom had a funny smell to it but was clean.

Summary: Overall was an excellent experience. Very clean, modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. We were on the second floor, handicapped accessible. Could hear above us and next door. Woke us several times. Also would recommend breakfast extend to 10 am on weekends. Went down at 9:40 - never knew it happened!

Summary: We were placed near the stairs and heard almost every time the door closed. Besides that, it was a good night. Breakfast was good, but pancake maker wasn't working.

Summary: It was amazing, Service and Staff was remarkable. We had gotten into town at 11:00am, check in was not until 3:00pm. A room was available and they ushered us right in, Sue was the young lady that I spoke with first. She was wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast and Staff were great. Our checkout staff and cleaning crew were extremely friendly. We had come into town for a funeral, getting into our room early for a nap before going to the funeral home was a Blessing. Thank You !!!

Summary: The Holiday Inn was right off I20 with easy access. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and I slept very comfortably. My husband however said he noticed quite a bit of road as it is near an intersection with stopping and going again. It didn’t bother me a bit and the black out curtains were awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful.
