Positive: This was my third or fourth stay at the Hampton Inn in Madison, and I've been pleased with it every time. Being right off the interstate, it was convenient to travel from the hotel to the nearby town that I was visiting. The employees have all been nice and helpful each time. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the rooms are clean, so I'm able to sleep better than I sometimes do at home. The lady who handles the breakfast buffet has been there for at least several years and is very sweet, conscientious, and friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The price is reasonable for the type of lodging. They have cookies on the front counter each day for a sweet treat for guests, and coffee and hot water and tea bags are always available by the front desk. Each time I've stayed here, it's been on a trip when I was traveling alone, and I felt very safe in the hotel in this location. Madison seems to be a relatively small town, but there are enough food, coffee, gasoline, and retail stores in the area to meet my needs. I would stay here again if I'm in the area again.

Positive: The property was very nice, clean and very comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally nice and informative and helpful. From check in to check out. Breakfast host/staff was an exceptionally nice lady with a heartwarming soul. So helpful and sweet.

Negative: There was nothing we did not like.

Summary: Awesome and.comfortable. We had been seay from home for 5 nights and this was the best nights rest of all.

Positive: It was clean, had comfortable beds, and a nice staff. The breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Negative: The space under the door was so large that light and noise from the hallway and lobby came into the room easily. We could easily hear music at 3 in the morning.
