Summary: Staff were excellent. Breakfast and restaurant area were great. Our room though was looking a bit tired. The headboard was smaller than the bed and was loose. The duvet cover was split. Furniture and decor old and tired for the room price. Parking was great at the station. The room heater/air con unit old and noisy

Summary: A beautiful old hotel on the river right by the castle. Everything was great but be aware, there are no elevators and quite a lot of stairs and corridors if you stay in the main building.

Summary: From the moment one walks in, the staff is professional and the entryway is welcoming! My room was immaculate, the furnishings and bathroom were beautifully decorated, and the outside patio overlooking the Thames cannot be equaled. It is so close to the castle and shops. This was truly the best stay of my trip to England.

Summary: Nice clean room but beware that many rooms are across the road from the main building and you have to dart between them (not great when it was pouring down) for food or reception. Bedrooms doors are loud when they auto close and slam shut, a very disruptive night due to inconsiderate guests all hours. Amazing location for Windsor castle and right on the river. Superb breakfast and view from brasserie.
