Positive: We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very spacious (larger than expected) and the kitchen was very well equipped with quality items and we did not need to bring anything which we would normally need to when self catering. The host Mark was so helpful and was always on hand to answer any questions. We stayed during a very hot period and Mark had put fans in the bedrooms and air con in the top bedroom which was very thoughtful. The videos on how things worked in the property were really helpful. There were lots of lovely little touches that were very welcome, like flowers, welcome card, bottle of bubbly, biscuits, bottle of milk. The bunk bed room is really good for kids as is the separate games area. The garden was amazing and the outdoor seating area was so nice and relaxing. The location is perfect as it’s so close to the town centre and the castle and river. The leisure centre is also close which was fantastic for our little boy who loved the pool. We will definitely book again.

Positive: House was spotless and every little detail had been thought of. Fresh flowers, champagne and chocolates greeted us upon check-in. Host was friendly, informative and very responsive to queries. House was well equipped, beautifully decorated with high-spec, easy to use appliances. My children really appreciated the toy cupboard as did we!

Negative: I’m not sure they could have improved our experience.

Summary: Beautiful house which allowed us to enjoy a fantastic week in Windsor with family.

Positive: Beautiful accommodation and garden with every facility you could hope for in a quiet street. Perfect for a large group of friends or a large family. Very close to the centre of Windsor with a short flat walk to the castle, shops and riverside. Mark was an exceptional host providing a wealth of information about the house and the local area. He was also helpful adjusting check in and check out times for us.

Negative: Low flying planes in and out of Heathrow could be a bit noisy during the day when sitting in the garden but quiet at night with no flights after 11pm.

Summary: Beautiful quality large house with level garden. Plenty of facilities to suit a large family/group.

Positive: The house is beautifully designed and in a great location in central Windsor. communication before and during our stay was excellent, with how to videos provided for everything. Was lovely to arrive to fresh flowers, champagne and a welcome card. we loved spending time between the kitchen and the garden which was beautiful. the kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to cook for a large group. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was really helpful - and they were all luxurious. We enjoyed playing croquet on the lawn, and sitting out in the garden. Would definitely come back and stay again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Positive: A beautiful house that is exqipped with everything you could possibly want. A huge backyard that the kids had a great time playing in, a video arcade room, croquet set, huge house with comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, lots of kids toys and books. There were videos on how to use everything in the house. It was one of the nicest Air Bnb’s we have ever stayed at. The owner Mark was so accommodating and helpful. He was very responsive and did a lot of nice little touches, ie., champagne, milk, bouquet of beautiful roses, gave wonderful tips on restaurants to visit, shops, etc. we will come back again. It was lovely.

Positive: Everything: the house, how beautiful, comfy and clean it is, the advice and support we received both before and during our stay. A lovely place made possible by people that clearly love this place and what they are doing. There is also something else that I don't think comes across that clearly when looking at the pictures: how great this house is if you have kids in terms of safety and equipment available. The shed with the gaming station is the cherry on top.
