Positive: Excellent location. Very short walk into the centre of Windsor. The property is very comfortable, bright and clean. It is spacious with amble room for 6 adults. We had a very small issue which was resolved within an hour of reporting to the exceptional customer service team.
Negative: Car parking can be an issue as this is a residential area. The customer services team organised a parking permit for us very quickly however, actually getting a parking space close to the property can be challenging.

Positive: This is a nice property on a quiet street. We were in Windsor for a family wedding and many family members were staying at the Adelaide Hotel down the street. This property was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel and a 15 minute walk to downtown Windsor. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Access with a key box was very easy and the home was very clean. We always had hot water in the bathrooms (a big plus!) and there was plenty of space for the six of us to spread out.
Negative: I knew there would be stairs, but like many properties in England they were quite steep. I reserved this particular property because it has a master bedroom with it's own bathroom for my 80yr old parents. Unfortunately, they was no way they were able to climb 3 flights of stairs as the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Other than the steep stairs, this property was very nice.

Positive: Beautiful and comfortable house! We had a great stay the kitchen was big and comfortable for the whole group! The staff was very responsive. We would definitely visit again!
Negative: The only thing we didn't like was the difficulty in finding a parking space for zone E. If you are visiting the house we recommend paying for parking.
