Positive: I like that the hotel is located in a very quiet location right next to the oldest house that every tourist wants to see.

Negative: None I had a wonderful time.

Positive: The room is super clean, spacious and well managed also it has a private bathroom. We stayed with free breakfast but anytime you can request to cook your favorite food just ask Mam Ofel the best cook ever, her food is super delicious. They also offer FREE bicycle along the area just for you to stroll around the location if you don’t want to walk.

Positive: Our room was very clean and neat as well as the whole hometel. Location was walking distance to Honesty Store, House of Dakay, St Joseph Church, sea port going to Sabtang and the whole neighborhood was very welcoming. The place was very peaceful and relaxing. Best location for it was the center going to North Batan-Basco and South Batan.

Positive: The owners are very welcoming and extend extra hand and effort to make the most of our stay. Specially thankful to Sir Robert for letting us stay at his other “secret” viewdeck. It was one of the most peaceful and beatiful place to relax and have coffee. He was very knowledgable about the history of his place and ancestor.

Positive: Kuya Robert and Tita Fel were amazing hosts. Ivana is the perfect quiet getaway to get away from busy Basco. I can't recommend them more. They provided great friendship and conversation, helped me plan my travels and helped book my room for my stay on Sabtang, dropping me off and picking me up from the pier to catch the boat and providing endless invaluable tips, advice, and knowledge on the Ivatan culture and history of the Batanes Islands. The building is so nice and clean, with nice common spaces as well. The room was spacious with a balcony peeking at the ocean, strong A/C and a clean very nice bathroom (with a shower curtain!!! you never see that in the Philippines). Thank you so much for welcoming me into your space. If I ever return to Batanes, there's nowhere else I could possibly stay than Siayanrock :)
