Positive: Their mattresses are comfy and the breakfast is good. Location is also nice. Staff services is excellent throughout and they are very helpful.

Negative: Room is not clean especially the mattresses thou mattress is comfy. We weren't able to sleep for the last 2 nights of our stay because of bed bugs. I was bitten many times of mosquitoes and bed bugs. Wifi can't cover all the spot in our room.And I hope they also put hot shower.

Summary: Nice hotel exterior and services BUT.....

Positive: Location wise, it was very near the airport. As in I was surprised to find out that it was just a block away. They offered free airport transfers, you just have to politely ask them. Free breakfast too. But I wasn’t anle to ask if their dining hall offers full meal services. Though the breakfast set was simple, it would be enough to start the day. I loved the fish lumpia, the longganisa and tapa they served us for our stay. The staff, I can not say negative as they were very nice and so accommodating. I felt so at home. The family room was spacious for our group. The room set-up was comfortable and homey. The hotel was a walking distance to a grocery store, cafes and other restaurants. Google map is very useful here.

Negative: Whatever negative points that I felt, can not equal to the positive feeling that Villa de Babat did for our group. In fact if ever I can return to Batanes, I will still choose to stay here again.

Positive: The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were soft, which was very comfortable for us! The staff was lovely and helped us many times with our questions. We were happy that we could extend our stay when our flight got canceled. The AC worked perfectly and there was hot water in the shower.

Negative: The water pressure was low and the wifi did not work at all during our stay.

Positive: Proximity to airport. After checking with google maps it’s just 1 minute from airport and i decided to walk not knowing that i had someone who will pick me up at the airport. The place is cozy and clean. Also tour can be arranged

Negative: intermittent internet connection but being off grid for couple of days is also great.

Summary: Highly recommended. If im going back here i would book again at this place so convenient.
