Summary: The charge of resort fee and they no longer offer a pool. If you do not pay to enter the water park at full price you are in there with people that are not guest of the hotel no discount if you are a guest. And we received a parking ticket.

Summary: The room was comfortable and clean and our floor was quiet. We thought the first floor music was way too loud, you couldn’t even have a conversation with your staff. And too much weed smell throughout the hallways and out front.

Summary: The hotel needs an upgrade and hallways did have AC, I know it’s summer but it needs to get maintenance, and keep up To date, room service and front desk treatment was amazing, room windows are dirty, carpets in the hallway dirty and old, old light fixtures everywhere, did not like the experience on this hotel, I paid 1200 per 2 nights; not staying at this hotel again Better motel 8 lol

Summary: The beds are low to the floor, the ice machine was not working, the hallway was dirty and stink plus the carpet in the hallway is dirty, the elevator feels like it’s about to break down, they don’t let you know where things are like the pool or the spa, the drain in the shower wasn’t working the water keep filling up. the only good thing was the balcony

Summary: The Showboat is an outdated hotel. The rooms are outdated and the ice machine on alot of the floors dont work. Also no airconditioning in the hallways and elevator. Some floors have a certain odor to them as well.
