Summary: Everything was exactly as described and wonderfully clean and orderly. The house is a great space for a family or two (or three?!) and very convenient to the boardwalk and attractions. We were very happy and comfortable during our stay. The only downside to this unit is that being downstairs you can hear neighbors above you quite a bit, but this will be common in many duplex situations in the area. In addition, Gary gives very detailed instructions for everything from text communications on check-in to a binder with all information you'll need about the house to really useful labeling of light switches, fireplace instructions, where things go, trash and recycling, check out, and everything else you might have a question about during your stay. It was all very helpful and appreciated.
