Positive: Communication with the hosts was very easy through booking.com messaging system and all questions/requests were addressed quickly. I was impressed with the host's willingness to help in every detail - they accommodated our needs for an early check-in and later check-out due to transportation/weather issues, which was very kind of them.

Negative: As we were a party of 11, it would be better to have an additional bathroom/powder room just for convenience, but the 2 full bathrooms in the property were well equipped for large parties.

Summary: Amazing hosts and great property for large parties, close to train station, outlets, boardwalk.

Positive: 1) We absolutely loved the location of the house literally in the center of everything, local shopping outlets, casinos and the beach ⛱️ 2) We loved the cleanliness and modernized look of the house . We were very comfortable. 3) We absolutely loved the deck.

Negative: We disliked very much 1) The separate entrances, we would have liked to be able to go to the upstairs from the inside from the basement. 2) The non freezing freezer & missing shelves from the refrigerator. We tried to freeze our cooler packets and after several hours of being in the freezer, they were still liquidity. 3) The temperature of the house was a sweltering 79 when we arrived. 4) Would like to have had febreeze, 🪝door hooks in the bathroom to dry out shower caps , and /or wash cloths and towels and mirrors in the bedrooms. 5) We would have liked to have had a dumpster for trash also.

Positive: The location was fantastic. It was literally right next to Tanger's outlet. You could see the casino buildings and it is within walking to the boardwalk. The place was clean and spacious. The hosts were responsive and handled the minor issue I was having with the key code pad (it was raining when I arrived and the wetness seemed to be interfering with the operation of the pad). It is not a scenic location but definitely convenient. The linens are white and there were plenty of towels available.

Negative: The place was clean but the shower liner needed to be refreshed (a minor detail but one that should be monitored by the cleaners) One of things that made my stay less comfortable was the flat pillows. The beds were very clean and comfortable but the pillows were older and quite flat. The only other thing is the neighborhood is noisy. 6:30a on a Saturday morning, the garbage trucks are banging garbage bins behind the outlets and the emergency vehicles are sounding off constantly. (obviously things the hosts can not control but something to be aware of) 10a check out is early for AC. We went to have some fun on a Saturday night and had to be up and out by 10a. on Sunday morning. A late check out time would be a nice option.

Summary: Overall- Happy with my stay. Would recommend and stay again myself.
