Summary: This property is by far one of the best places to stay in Ocean City. It is well equipped, has amenities above and beyond your normal shore house. Great location, awesome communication with the owner. Extremely comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with Henkels pans. Great views. And there is lots of room so you can gather as a group or head off to a more private area to read or take in the beautiful views.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay... I personally came from Florida but we had a couple friends come from different states we didn't realize how many places would be closed in December but it worked out perfectly fine considering that the house had plenty of TVs and the pool table to keep us entertained... The convenience of the boardwalk being right there and the beach being right there was so awesome the views at morning and night of the beach was beautiful I absolutely love the layout as far as the main floor being able to cook but still interact with everybody because the kitchen so open to the room the table was big enough for all of us to sit around and play cards comfortably. We had three kids with us and they stayed entertained the entire time as well. I would love to stay in this house again if we are ever back over there and I love the idea that if we needed more space he has another rental property nearby that we could rent as well though this house had plenty of space for my group. Seriously thank you so much for renting your house out to us. Also would love to mention that it was very easy to contact the property manager anytime I needed something or had a question he's very communicable and friendly. 10 out of 10 for sure!!

Summary: We stayed at this property between selling our house and moving into another. This was the perfect opportunity to not only relax but to have a place that was perfectly located. I know a lot of stuff is closed in the off-season but having the boardwalk, the places that were open, celebrating Halloween, and overall just being a great place with my family was a fantastic trip. I would stay here every time we travel to Ocean City..

Summary: My family and I have stayed at many properties over the years in Ocean City. This was the nicest, most well-equipped and furnished, and well organized apartment we've ever stayed in. Nothing was lacking and the furniture was comfortable, the layout of the apartment was spacious, and the views from the two decks of the boardwalk and ocean were unparalleled. We had a large family get together with an age span of 1 year to 73 years of age and everyone had a blast! The owner is easily accessible though we didn't need to contact him at all during the stay. Thank you!

Summary: A wonderful week with all our family (10). Ideal location to beach and boardwalk. Spacious, open and sunny layout on the main floor and an easy to use kitchen with everything you need. Great for young cooks. Ideal place and time for us to bike before summer tourist arrived. The tweens and teens could go off by themselves. Everything was organized so well for us guests. Summary: My family and I had a great escape to Ocean City staying in Gary's beautiful beach house. He checks in often to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. Whenever I had a question he got back to me quickly. The check-in process is very easy. My husband and 2 grown son's really enjoyed playing pool by the fireplace. They also took advantage of the bikes that are left for guests to use. The bikes are in top condition. The location can not be beat. So nice to step out on the outdoor balcony and see the ocean. My husband and I even made it down to the beach one day, It was great to have beach chairs at our disposal. We also loved watching a movie from the DVDs that they have while sitting by the living room fireplace. The beach house is really big so we had plenty of room to spread out. If you are looking to have a great vacation with friends and family then look no further. My family and i would love to stay here again,
