Beautifully situated home from which you can hear the ocean waves. An easy five -minute walk to Surfside or Fisherman's beach and two miles from town. Located near the Surfside Bike Path and a NRTA stop. This upside-down home is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Two families can share this home comfortably with two primary bedroom suites with their own baths, two additional queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds. There are two TV/reading rooms, a wonderful huge open great room and a gourmet kitchen with a large island as well as a large dining table for ten. Huge upper and lower decks are great for outdoor dining or lounging. All bathrooms renovated with beautiful marble showers, baths and floors. This is the house for people who love going to the beach and don't want to drive there. Great outdoor shower and gas grill. High speed internet.

Summary: Beautiful home! The kitchen/ living room area and plentiful decks are perfect for larger groups. Plenty of towels and linens available. The home had spices, coffee, and kitchen staples also available. The garbage/ recycle sorting was a bit tedious but completely understandable on a small island. Walk less than a mile to the gorgeous surfside beach- so beautiful and water was quite warm- though beware of undertow. About 10-12 minute drive to most shops and restaurants. Claudine was very responsive and lovely to work with. Highly recommended!

Summary: Amazing location and the house had everything we needed. The owner maintains everything really well. Also the house is really spacious with plenty of places for relaxing. It seems to book quickly so we felt lucky to get our dates. Perfect stay! Great kitchen and beautiful bathrooms

Summary: This house was just perfect for us, twelve family members celebrating our 50 anniversary. It is just what one hopes for—roomy, bright, light, open, pretty, well-equipped, and not stuffed with extra things, just some lovely artistic items. The rooms were large and many--there were two separate sitting areas in addition to the wonderful great room, including a TV room next to the great room and a large room at the other end of the house where a daughter-in-law did some work. The great room looked out onto the tree tops and had easy access to the wraparound deck--there were decks throughout the house and almost every room had sliding door access to them--and had a fantastic kitchen area that was amply roomy for the many cooks in our family to work together, with stools at the huge island for conversation with the cooks. The excellent grill was right out the door behind a very large, attractive dining table and chairs, which allowed us all to be together throughout meal preparations. I also liked that there were not posted cautions or directions throughout the house, which takes away from the homeyness of a rental house. The house had high quality utensils and pots and pans, pretty dishes, and artistic serving dishes, too. And the linens were lovely, including plenty of beach towels and adorable shower curtains. The four adult bikes were very good, and a jogging stroller and Port-a-Crib helped a lot, since the parents of the young children had to come without a car or bikes. The location was superb, too. We hopped on our bikes for a five minute ride down to the beautiful beach for a swim and to catch the sunsets, which were magnificent. Our youngest member of the family, who is 16 months old, couldn't take her eyes off the sky, calling "Wow!" The owner could not have been nicer or more helpful throughout the process of the rental and our stay in her home. We will certainly be back! It was so hard to leave!

Summary: Our extended family (ages 1 to 70) spent a wonderful week at this special surfside home. The house is spacious and well appointed, exceeding our expectations. The private setting was close to the beach and who could ask for more. The owner is a delight to deal with. Rent without hesitation!

Summary: Our week on Nantucket was absolutely perfect. Not only was it my wedding week, but I am the youngest of 5 children and my entire family spent the week at this property. It was more than amazing. My family travelled to Nantucket from all over, and this was the perfect retreat for us to gather for the week. The home is beautiful and has everything that you need from bikes, beach chairs, towels, linens, pottery barn dishes, all clad cookware....it has it all! The upstairs deck is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or to enjoy the beautiful Nantucket sunset. The yard is great for lounging, sunbathing or backyard games. My sister and her husband have a two year old and the second master bedroom downstairs was ideal for them. The spacious upstairs is an open concept (upside down house) with a fabulous kitchen, and dining/sitting area. It is perfect for entertaining and it was a memorable place to get ready on my wedding day! Our week was perfect. All you need to bring is your flipflops and you are a very short walk down the path to our favorite....Surfside Beach! You are also a short bike ride into town. We cannot speak highly enough about the owners and I highly recommend this property to all!. We hope to be back soon.

Summary: This was one of the greatest homes we've ever stayed in! Walking distance to the best beach on the island with enough privacy to enjoy the quiet wonder of Nantucket. The upside down floor plan was perfect for our big group of two families. Plenty of space to gather together in the kitchen, living areas, and onto the gorgeous decks. The bedrooms downstairs are spacious and immaculate. We had enough room for everyone to stake out their own space. And the kitchen is better equipped than mine at home, giving me another reason to never want to leave! The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We had some scheduling difficulties on our end, and with a long trip from North Carolina to Nantucket, the chances we might miss our start date were a concern for us. But we stayed in contact with the owner, and she made sure everything worked out great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be back! Our goal is to make it for two weeks next year.

Summary: This is the perfect family home. We spent two weeks here, the beach is fun easy walk and Surfside is the best. We spent most of our time on the beach and the rest of the time in the kitchen. The kitchen is superbly equipped and is part of the great room with valuted ceilings that open up on the deck. The beach all day and evenings cooking and spending time together. The house is spotless, the beds, the linens and the furniture are all in good condition and kid friendly. When you leave the house in the morning and deer and rabbits are likely to scatter. From the first contact with the owner communication was very efficient. The owner is first class and transacting was very easy. I highly recommend families with children of all ages take a look at this property. For us Nantucket was about the beach. We took surfing lessons, went deep sea fishing and jogged in the morning. We love to cook and the fully equipped kitchen and the great room were where we spent every evening. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: our family had a great time at this home!The home was cozy,clean and the beds and sheets were like home.We had everything we needed!the bikes were great we usually have to rent them.The beach toys and boards,chairs were so nice to have.I loved all the white towels and thanks for the beach towels.the house was great for my teens but also for my granddaughter who is 3.the furniture was clean and comfortable.many games and toys and books!i think this was my first rental to have ipod with great music we loved our stay and will be back again.The 3 decks were also a hit! new grill,tables and chairs were in great condition and nice slide doors to deck.the owner was so nice to call with questions and available when needed.oops almost forgot about the kitchen had everything i needed.The owner thought of everything and more!!i recommend this vacation home!
