The first floor flows easily from room to room as well as to the outdoor living spaces, perfect for entertaining. The state of the art kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and Aurea stone countertops, making this a chefs delight. Enjoy summer days soaking up the sun by the pool after a day at the beach or sitting at one of the many outdoor areas, taking in the beautiful landscaped yard and gardens. The expansive covered porch provides multiple sitting and entertaining areas. Access to Nantucket's famous beaches via a deeded beach path. This wonderful home is tucked away for privacy yet located moments from town as well as the beach for family picnics and sunsets.

Summary: Beautiful home with everything we needed for a weeklong stay- path to the beach and short bike ride (we rented bikes) to restaurants or other beaches. Would recommend a car to get to town. The pool was fantastic and the shed had everything we needed for beach days. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a fantastic and comfortable home and would definitely stay there again!

Summary: The house and property are wonderful! Modern, fun and relaxed with every detail to make the stay enjoyable. The covered porch is perfect for chilling, talking, reading and/or an afternoon nap. Kids loved being able to walk to the beach and swim in the large pool. We loved everything about our stay and the property (5 Stars)!
