Positive: Very friendly owner:) the house is spacious, with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which is very convenient for a large group. The fireplace is great — we spent a lot of time relaxing by it.

Negative: The ski lift in Kobi doesn’t operate in windy weather. So there’s a risk that you may have to drive to Gudauri via the mountain pass.

Positive: The kitchen was very cool. Lovely decorative pillows. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The yard was great, complete with a fire pit. The decorations were thought provoking. Great view with beautiful mountains, fields of flowers, cute animals in the surrounding areas. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The dishes were adorable.

Negative: The road to the house is rough and full of potholes (driving slowly wasn't a problem for a normal mini-van). It would have been great if there were instructions left on how to safely operate the fireplace (how to open/close the flu, etc.). We couldn't find the clothes wrack to dry our clothing. One more pan and pot would have been appreciated for a group big enough to fill the whole house.

Summary: A quiet, restful, and peaceful home: we enjoyed staying in just as much as going out.
