Positive: Location- The location is amazing with a beautiful view of the mountains. The cottage is 2 minutes drive from the main road. You can see a sign board Achkhoti on the main road and take right. Stepantsminda is less than 10 min drive. A very calm, peaceful and safe neighbourhood. There is a gas station on the main road very close to the cottage. There is waterfalls in Old Arsha which is close to this place. There are many supermarkets, Bank ATM available within 5 minutes of drive from the cottage. Premise- The cottage is fenced with a gate and a parking space inside the premise. The cottage is warm inside when its very cold outside and it feels chill inside when the outside weather is hot. There is a big lawn outside the cottage within the premise with wooden seating to have our morning coffee or to chill in the evenings with a provision to campfire. Facilities- The cottage is very clean and neatly maintained. Basic kitchen utensils are provided which was sufficient for us. The cottage has two levels. Ground floor has a living space with a big sofa and a centre table with an open kitchen with dinning table. Level 1 has two bedrooms. BR One has a double cot and BR Two has a double cot and a single cot. Towels and toiletries are provided. Both the BRs has mountain views. The good high speed internet and a smart TV in the living room Host - The host Ms. Nino is very responsive and proactive.

Negative: The only short coming in the cottage was a lack of Bidet in the washroom. Most Asians and Middle Easterners will be comfortable with a Bidet in the washroom. Also there are no mirrors in both the Bedrooms. These are small things and can fixed in no time. Ms. Nino please consider these two.

Positive: It's just like the picture . Very comfortable and cozy and it's brand new . The host is so kind and she helped us get our bag back as we forgot it in the cottage after we left 5 hours away . Just get everything you need from supermarket before i advise also to rent a car it's necessary to move around .

Positive: The property was perfect the Mountain View from each window was beautiful and also I wanted to point out that there are 2 separate room one with one double bed and a single bed and another room with a double bed very nice and private I usually book cabins frequently but this one was the best when it comes to space and privacy 10/10
