Positive: Nice villa (better than cottage obviously) and the owner is nice and responsive, she cared about our comfort and when we asked her about a place to buy fresh milk and cheese, she helped us and asked the housekeeper to buy it for us next morning.

Negative: Bathrooms are not very clean (you can see the spiders nests in the corners which means its not cleaned from long time) The view is partially blocked by other houses but its nice Expensive No bidet (for those who care about it)

Positive: The property is located 5 mins away from Stepantsminda. A very beautiful property and huge space. Loved the kitchen and woodfire place. Additionally there also a barbeque for you to spend some great family time. It was a self check-in but the host was available on whatsapp and she was very responsive, helped out on several questions.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The view of the mountains is beautiful, and the interior is cozy and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is very well-equipped - everything you need for cooking is there, which was super convenient. We also appreciated the cozy blankets, the hanging swing, and how clean and well-kept the house is overall. A special thanks to the host for excellent communication, quick responses, and helpful tips - it made our stay even better! And an extra thank you for allowing us to stay with our furry family member - that meant a lot to us! 🐾

Negative: The only minor downside was a few spiders on the high ceilings that were impossible to reach 😄 But other than that, everything was great and we felt very comfortable

Negative: There are no curtains in the living room so it’s not possible to use the projector during the day and not very comfortable sleeping there.
