Positive: We like the pool and the beach! Staff are friendly and helpful. Some reserved activities are fun for kids.

Negative: Room is outdated and floor is a little dirty. There are no fans in the bathroom… There are too many activities with extra charges, which are very unreasonable.

Summary: We had a good time staying at Shangri-la.

Positive: I stayed at this hotel recently and found the experience disappointing. The room was clean and comfortable, but communication was a major issue, as there were no English-speaking staff members available, making it difficult to get assistance or information. The overall process and organization at the hotel were lacking, which added to the frustration. Although the pool was clean and inviting, the food was below average and did not meet expectations. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers who rely on English or value good service and quality food.

Negative: I didn't like the stuff because it felt cluttered and overwhelming, making it hard to focus or relax. As for the food, I found it lacked flavor and didn't meet my expectations in terms of taste or presentation.

Positive: The kids activities were great, so was the kids swimming pool

Negative: The room was very disappointed, it was noisy and the shower room had disgusting smell and with mold. We had to complain after the first night as it was not Shangri-la standard and unbearable, they did offer us a free upgrade to make things right. The check-in process was lengthy and not efficient, and they do not speak proper English. Would recommend anyone to book a slightly better room and asked for a higher level room as the hotel is packed with tourists groups.

Negative: They are /staff and service people/ don’t speak English so we extra charged some service . And room service included drinks wouldn’t refills
