Positive: Hotel facility is great! Aquarium and water park are big plus! Manager Vivian is friendly and can arrange all events you requested.

Negative: A little bit smoking smell though it is a non-smoking hotel. I think it is the guest issue.

Negative: Overpriced. Not all inclusive. Need to pay for many services or facilities. Swimming pools were closed and in maintenance. Only one family pool is available. Waterpark facilities were partially closed Poorly managed beach. The beach is so beautiful. But the benches are not directly on the beach. And the swim area was too small. And there were many ppl selling the cart. Inside the aquarium, there were too many commercial phototaking. Those booths with bright light totally ruined the beautiful big tank.

Summary: Overpriced. And the so called 7-star did not meet the expectations. Resorts in other countries run much better with even

Positive: We arrived on June 1, 2026 midnight , the check in process was very fast . The reception gave my granddaughter a small gift in celebration of International Children's day . She was really impressed and touched by it. our room was nicely set up for two kids with all necessary bath amenities provided for them . we most enjoyed the kids entertainment , aqua park, dolphin show , water attractions . Real highlight was incredible assistance received from Semen and Liza ( client relations staff) during our stay . He solved every single problem quickly and with genuine care.

Negative: we enjoyed our stay at Atlantis but the breakfast buffet was disappointing for several reasons ,especially given the hotel's international and diverse guest base.Main issues: heavy reliance on pork , no halal alternatives, no fresh juices- only prepackaged juice drinks, very limited cheese selection, no fish or seafood surprising for a resort of this level especially in a coastal location.l
