Positive: Generally enjoyable, the Infinity pool was absolutely amazing along with the pool side bar. While generally guest experience could be improved, staff members involved in kids activities, especially the coaches, top notch as they were caring, creative, patient and highly professional.

Positive: It was great stay in Rosewood Sanya. Everything is very modern, clean and high quality. I highly recommend the restaurant located near the beach! Staff is exceptional and food brilliant.

Negative: It isn’t easy to communicate in English with staff, as not everyone speaks it. However, whenever there was any misunderstanding, the hotel always found the solution and tried its best.

Positive: We have visited a lot of hotels in Sanya this is by far the best one. Staff excellent special thanks to Nancy she made our stay with the rosewood. first hotel that was properly equipped to welcome us in English room was perfect, pools were amazing. Breakfast exceptional other restaurants also very good. Better than other hotels in or above its price bracket.

From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. If you’re even thinking about staying here, stop overthinking and just book it now. This is hands down the best hotel in the area, with world-class service and stunning surroundings that made it nearly impossible to leave. I’ll 100% be back! One of my favorite parts? They have a dedicated guest experience team who will help you plan everything—from adventures to relaxing getaways I did a yacht and helicopter ride—at super reasonable prices. I rented the cutest pink Porsche for just £60 for 24 hours (yes, really!). What an unforgettable experience. The seafood restaurant is another must-visit. Fresh fish swimming in tanks for you to choose from—so fresh, so delicious. The staff there are next-level amazing. A lovely woman from Nepal made my night with her warmth and impeccable service. She was so attentive I couldn’t even finish a glass of water before she’d top it up. Her name was Prettisha or so can’t quite remember but Truly a gem! Between the gorgeous beach, exceptional food, luxurious facilities, and the kindest staff, everything here is beyond amazing.

Positive: Very good location and beautiful setting. Staff were nice and friendly. Heated pool was great.

Negative: Only minor things - The bed was a little soft and no double basin made the bathroom a bit tight.
