Positive: The bedrooms and the lounge and the view

Negative: No welcome pack, no handy information, as we entered,the mat in the hallway had a very visible wet stain on it, kitchen unclean in areas, cobwebs greasy tray in the oven, kitchen utensils with food remnants. Bin which wouldn’t close. Never sufficient hot water for a bath, barely a quarter full. Haphazard heating Three Chimneys very disappointing, couldn’t go in just for a drink and extremely overpriced menu. I messaged yourselves while we were there stating these facts but failed to get a reply. I am not a complainer and we have had many stays through yourselves. However when paying good money we expect a better standard and unfortunately this time it didn’t happen. We actually left the property earlier than intended and didn’t complete the full week.

Positive: Great location for touring the sites on Skye. Very warm and comfortable house for six. Great facilities and great value for money. Very quiet setting.

Negative: Shower room a bit cramped for an adult male.

Positive: Lovely picturesque remote location. Peace and privacy. Kitchen had all the staple stuff we needed (foil, cafetiere, salt, oil, basic spices etc). Cosy house/cottage – would always thoroughly recommend. We had a lovely week.
