Positive: Hands down the most accommodating, beautiful location we stayed in during our adventure in Scotland! Mark and Pam were personable and thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. From the beds, to the shower, to the fantastic breakfasts, everything was absolutely exquisite. If you have an opportunity, try the charcuterie board! They even gave us great suggestions on itinerary items.

Negative: I had to think hard to find anything that could have been improved upon here. The only thing I can even remotely come up with is a small shelf in the shower to put toiletries.

Summary: Bed and Breakfast Perfection! We will be back!

Positive: Fantastic place in a fab location. Hosts were amazing & really gave us good advice & were so generous with their time. Breakfast was also fantastic.

Negative: Bathroom was smaller than I’d have liked.

Positive: We had an outstanding time at Pam and Mark’s place. They are conveniently located, with great views of Loch Dunvegan and the Dunvegan castle. Also, they are walking distance from a fantastic destination restaurant Three Chimneys. We ate there the first night and highly recommend it. Pam and Mark keep their place very clean and well organized. We really enjoyed the modern, tasteful décor. It is obvious that every detail was thoughtfully curated and that they really put a lot of care and effort into making sure their guests are comfortable. There is a nice and comfy common area, with additional amenities. Besides coffee and cookies, there will be a wee whisky tasting in your room each evening welcoming you home after a day of island adventures. The breakfasts were most enjoyable. Greeting the day with locally sourced and freshly prepared breakfast while overlooking the Loch (or fog 😉) made for a good start of each day. Pam and Mark make sure no one leaves hungry. They also offer lunch box and laundry service. Mark is a hiker and knows the island in and out, so you are in good hands if you are looking for things to do. I highly recommend their B&B and would stay with Pam and Mark again.

Positive: What’s not to like? We loved our stay here and everything about it was superb! Mark and Pam are an absolute joy to have met and are excellent hosts. We enjoyed our time in our room and also out in the main dining area and being able to converse with them and the other guests at breakfast. The room itself has an amazing view over the coastline and is nice and cozy and private. You also can’t beat having chickens in the yard! So cute! The amenities were great, and we really liked having skylights out to look out at the beautiful night sky. Breakfast was incredible; you could easily mistake being in a 5-star restaurant! Additionally, they helped us with some planning for our days as well, they had exceptional knowledge of the area and we are so grateful for that! If you’re able to, look into booking a whisky tasting with Mark! You are guaranteed to have a good time, drink some delicious whisky, and learn a good deal! We would book again in a heartbeat and hope to return in the future! 11/10 recommend!
