Negative: We found the seating in the lounge quite uncomfortable for lounging around. We also found the beds too soft but this is just personal preference

Positive: Great location, easy parking, quiet area close to the sea, Beach Street (Great for street food and craft beers) and arcade amusements. Quickly onto the A14 dual carriageway to visit the local area. Hosts Benji and Leah were informative and responded quickly to any questions.

Negative: The weather!

Summary: Lovely cosy stay. Clean property in a great location to walk to the beach and amusesments.

Negative: We have been staying here must be about 4or 5 years now and we love the location But must say the settee’s are getting past it there is not enough comfortable chairs for 6 people we actually bought a camping chair with us this year Also it would be a much better room if the tv was on the wall of the stair cupboard that would allow all the other side of the room for the chairs just a suggestion But thank you for letting us rent your lovely property Kind regards Marion
